Feel free and comfortable to come to us with any questions comments or special requests. We will be waiting to share our smiles and know-how with enthusiasm.

Here’s a surprise! Everything in our store is 10% off even sale items. Ask for details. We also have a magazine punch card program.

Help ~

We are happy to help with quick answerable problems. However we reserve the right to let you know if more time is required. We give you options and may charge accordingly.  You may wish to call ahead if you have a need and wish not to risk coming on a busy day, or call to schedule a one-on-one private session.

Special Orders ~

There is a 5 skein minimum on yarn orders. Payment of 50% is required at time of order with remainder due when it arrives.

Returns ~

Non-sale items are returnable for full in-store credit when returned in original condition with the sales slip.  Returns must be made within 3 months of purchase.

Final Sales ~

Books, Magazines, Patterns, Notions, Needles, Needle Art Fibers, Sale and Special Orders are final are non-returnable. Sale items cannot be put on hold. Defective needles may be exchanged only with a sales slip.
